Under the careful guidance and strong support of the leaders of the Yiyang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Congress, under the full efforts of the Yiyang High-tech Zone Working Committee, the Fulang World Group decided to settle the MABR integrated sewage treatment equipment manufacturing project in Yiyang High-tech Zone.

Essentially, the local government and party apparatus is accepting/ claiming responsibility for FLC starting production in the area.
Makes them fully invested in FLC both financially and more importantly, politically.
