There was no due diligence with Iberia. There was no pre feasability study for Chile. And now the June quarterly tells us there wil be considerable development (cost) until Q3 2009 to ensure that 3000 Tonnes per day can be maintained. Forget about 4000 tonnes per day.
The mine and the mills need work and money. So in come the contractors and there goes the money and there goes the lost revenue.
Perfect planning prevents poor performance.
