I agree with you 100% on that one.
Not sure where the price is going but even if it's higher and moving upwards, I would take another nibble. However, while there are caps at 40c and the trend is down I have no interest. Like you if there is a CR at 20 cents I'd also be interested in taking any available shares even if the current trend had not reversed.
