I think that can be laid at the feet of the CEO. He's lost a significant degree of credibility over the course of this process.
Having said that, I'm quite surprised it didn't hit 20 cents on Friday.
They are over the main hurdle. If it stays at these skeptical sp levels, then it will jump significantly on formal approval. I don;t really care that much either way - it will be approved. What I don't think we will see is that drift back down to 10-12 cents.
I would think Regal will want as many people to know as possible.
