    Hi @futurenow
I sold out of Medadvisor back in January of this year.

I sold for a few reasons. The first was the share dilution. We were always going to have to do a share consolidation at some stage and in my experience this results in a 20%+ drop is shareholder value. I suspect MDR will be trading the equivalent of 4c a share once consolidation is implemented which I may consider re-entering thats 28c if my maths is correct haha.

I also wonder how frivolous management will continue to be with share dilution after consolidation. They had no issues diluting the share price extensively in my opinion and now with far less shares on market they will be less hesitant to continue.

I also think management were paid exceptional well with exceedingly high performance incentives. Even if they were paid/rewarded somewhat similar to other directors of similar Mkt Cap stocks this isn't justifiable comparatively to shareholder value.
MDR is trading the same price as back in June 2016. I had just missed too many opportunities elsewhere waiting for the stock price to grow without it drifting back again and again.

Im not sure how the new delivery service is going to work? Your right this is long over due I spoke to management back at the 2016 annual general meeting about this. My local pharmacy is Amcal and they have over 200 pharmacies that provide the MedAdvisor service. However my local Amcal already offer free delivery. I doubt Amcal will replace this with a paid service or force clients to the MedAdvisor app if they want this service at a fee.

I also previously contacted the board at MDR in relation to tenders of government contracts. Im not sure if you are aware of LanternPay but I did raise this company with management as there was opportunity of tender for the Workcover system in Vic (Worksafe) LaternPay already have the contracts for TAC and the biggest whale the NDIS. Just to give you an idea of how this service works as I currently use it. If you require medication I can have my doctor fax/email the prescription to the pharmacy, when I need the medication I call the pharmacy who can then deliver it to me at no cost. The real kicker is you don't pay for the medication the pharmacy outlays the cost and recovers the funds through the service provider. Now if your on Workcover, TAC or NDIS you are likely on a reduced or minimum income as you are likely not working, so to not have to outlay the funds for the medication then pursue the service provider for reimbursement yourself is of huge benefit. I don't have a full understanding of the NDIS so not sure if this same payment structure is available.

    All the best

    MJ
