I look at a few as well-
No BFS/DFS or in quite a few instances no SS at all
No mining lease approvals
No EPA approvals
No JORC Mineral Reserve ( some cases no JORC Mineral Resource)
No independent analysis of costs ( prob due to point one)
No water licence approvals
No transport links ( check what Stranded Asset means)
No infrastructure in place at all ( the desert is a foreboding place)
Almost all no OT in place or even considered ( due to all previous points)
