I dont know whether you have been following FMS, but incase you haven't, we FMS holders are awaiting an announce regarding IO, we are not hoping for an announcement, big difference.
As for the current market depth, it is absolutely irrelevant, once we receive the announcement 'we are awaiting', the market depth will change immediatley.
