I also got a call from Cynata lobbying me to vote 'no' for resolution 7 as well as 'yes' to all the others. Never before have I been contacted personally for anything before. Being a fairly small shareholder and considering I live overseas, this is indeed a surprise. I was also asked about my voting intention. Sounds like they are rather nervous about this one.
