I understand the Bauxite is still to be drill and proven isn't it?
The report that was shown here earlier on mentioned the court case could take 1 to 2 years to resolve.. but it is being held this afternoon? A bit I am not getting all the pieces here but will see what I can find. Malawi is not the most un-corrupt country so decisions could go either way. A claim from a single person that their courts acted unlawfully was enough for them to retract the purchase/transfer with Lynas but I'm new to looking into LIN so I could be completely wrong.
