If I am a shareholder, surely I will vote against resolution 1. Over more than 1 year, shareholders have been placed in a limbo without seeing any light in the Oakjeree project and acquisition deal . There is no regular update in regard to the progress of acquisition deal from time to time. There is no milestone how the board will achieve the completion of the acquisition deal. On the other hand, the management is paid with good money every month. Where is the fairness and justice? Does the board practice merit systems, pay for performance?
