Charles, i think there is some confusion here the current capital raising, i though, had been done prior to the consolidation proposal being put up at the AGM, and i think would need to be voted on anyway, it is one of my questions previously about issusing shares prior too or granting as having been at a consolidated issue of 10/1 thanks for your imput cheers .
