This is absolutely what happened.
If Marcus was behind it I don’t think it was wrecklesss at all. The alternative was a can kick Which would have lead on retail investors more with another cap raise at hyped prices in 4-6 months time intimating at ever closer ink on paper.
This move exposes the off take for what it’s worth provides perspective on the position of the business which seems to be a company 12 months ahead of the curve with artificially juiced market cap.
all this in aid of paying BB and the BOD top dollar. BB would want to slash and burn sharpish starting with his own salary.
I sold up today at 19 cent. Average of 0.25. lesson learnt
