Some people who are now neutral will never enter this market again or enter at the top and get burned again.
If the market rallies to 5,500 they will say it's just a bear market rally.
If it goes to 6,000 they will say it's a fluke, people are crazy, should fall again.
If it goes to 7,500 they will say oh well I missed it might as well sit out until I can buy again in the next bear market. Or they will say finally I can buy.....and suddenly the market turns again.
