nice catch bomber. I take it that you, by the statement "written all over it", are referring only to the general concept of scandium use in aluminum alloyed fasteners and not specific IP to be owned by CLQ. I read through the patent application and it looks to be well developed. I wonder what other scandium alloyed IP is already out there that might be of a more general nature that would be considered inclusive of the fastener related tech described in this patent. thanks for sharing.
