IMO there are holders who will feel obliged to participate purely because I feel financially ECT will be in dire straights if it fails.
ASX history tells us the majority of penny dreadfuls that reach 0.01/0.02 SP either consolidate or die.
And then you have the 1-in-100 whom climb out of the mire due to an Angelic investor or Act of God.
