My thought is Elanco will commit to negotiations on the short term 28 day data , the long term data will be the driver for Price $$ ..
Agree the company could have expedited recruitment BUT could not have begun recruitment until the Pills had arrived and been checked by Epichem,, You must have the medication at hand to satisfy the ethics committee ,,, PAA could be contacting K9 clubs , eg breeds as the club have substantial data bases and news letters that could really assist with uptake...
