Judging from the SGP results, we should have a soft landing and business as usual, hopefully no nasty surprises. thanks to BNB and we are getting dragged down more than the other Reit.
Like ken said NTA is $3.80, current SP is 1.63. As long as their ROE is greater than the cost of debt in the JV I say we should leave it for now. Most assets are in Germany, who is expecting a positive GDP growth this year and next.
Looking to accumulate today if it drops.
