That's not a factor because the arbitration case is being run by TIPL for the benefit of the TIPL shareholders. EM1 has 12% interest in the outcome and that's relatively insignificant to EM1 shareholders - would come in very handy though - but the short answer is no, no one is holding EM1 awaiting the outcome of the Egypt claim, IMO.
