The UAE has more money(inflation) than they have food, and alot of other things, this due to crudes skyrocketing their main stay.
There forced to re-distribute this money(inflation) and whynot engage foreign institutions(contractors) to build their infrastructure and invest in food etc, in effect export this problem and balance out their domestic economies long-term needs,just my 2 cents worth
