stock price down 45% YTD - has been addressed endlessly by both holders and non holders alike and if you as a Basher are not aware of that then you are not across the stock .
Now the following points have not been addressed by Bashers...ever , because they have no comeback.!

CATL placement of 55.5 million dollars
Retail offer oversubscribed
