Its a fact u get more out of the BLM office in Moab than GDN directors.

Even the DOGM Utah state office gives more information out.

Regards funding its a done deal, now thats from people I know in the oil/gas industry. What type of funding I dont know but have a few suspicions? but the monies not a problem.

GDN directors r light up with information but its out there if u know how to find it and if u have some connections.
