Surely the whole deal about significant concern re going concern of the business - this is a line that needs to be stated - it will be in the audit report purely because they need to show that the short term debt can be satisfied to not have an audit qualification on going concern. So basically - they have to say this - do i believe that CNP will trade their way and continue to do what they need to - YES
