No taxes, absolute corporate privacy .. tell me again how shareholders in an Australian company are going to know what the dealings of any subsidiary company set up there are?
I see people here railing against the ASX for seeking regulatory compliance as if it is a hindrance to getting on with business. It is in fact an essential safeguard for investors. Certainly it's no guarantee but if you throw that away you've just entered the Wild West. Think about it.
