The margins are already tight, so paying to buy the business seems like a risky strategy.
However, I can see how paying a small amount up front could be a good long term strategy, I'm just a little unsure whether this will backfire for future deals though. You cant dilute SH for every major new retailer, the SP will never be able to go up.
