no, they have announced it on the day its going live and they are issuing the shares (ie: putting consideration on the deal, thereby closing it). the only way amazon gets more shares is by providing value, and only worth having them if the price is north of 4.7 this is a cracking deal by managmenet, aligning interests of a big strategic partner with shareholder returns!
