It looks like Streem have just poached one of Isentia's largest Federal customers, Department of Defence.
Is this the one you’re talking about? Do you know whether it was an existing ISD contract or a new tender?
~680k$ pa of lost revenue is certainly annoying, but hardly the end of the world in isolation.
