Yes that’s it.
ISD had a $2.4M Media Monitoring Services contract with DoD until 30/8/19, worth $1.2M pa. It was extended til 30/11/19 for $286K. I suspect Streem has now won this work, with handover period until end of the month (confirmation would most likely come if there is not an extension beyond Nov). The new contract was an open tender where ISD were competing for it.
