    It is about funding from the previous Howard Government. They seemed to have been more progressive in funding green energy than Keven 07 is. He appears more interested in appeasing his heart land of voters in seats that mine coal.
    So far plenty of talk and no action on any thing. They have been in power 9 months now. All funding seems to be delayed to be spent towards the end of his term to make him look good.
