Interesting, obviously the share price is determined by so many different factors but the fact there market cap is $40 million and they showed a $26 million loss, probably suggests a lot, and if they cant raise any capital, if the historical results continue, shares will need to be issued further decreasing the share price.
This company is sitting on a knifes edge but dont worry Dr Sextons company BPAM still gets paid as they determine their income on valuations of the company assets not what the company make. Lets be honest for the past 4 years none of their predictions or projections have been accurate for one reason or another.
As for the Financial reviews article, not sure if they wrote anything that wasn't factual BPAM do take a management fee its written in the AGM
