Have to consider that buying on market incurs fees - so not really below CR price. Someone's going to have to force the price above 50c for the insto's to sell. Also have to consider that they will be in cahoots and drop them at 44c to buy in at 35 or thereabouts. I'll take mine at 44c - a few cents here and there is nothing. The strangest part is offereing them at 44c and then saying buying must be in multiples of $1000. Well 44 doesn't go too evenly in 1000. Management may be expecting people to round up - so inst's can offload but the buying volume in that case wouldn't reach the required selling volume.
