No reason not to vote both PMM directors on now. They can hardly have board control with Rose on board can they? ;)
The appointment of Rose is all the more reason to get rid of the dead wood on the board from FAS and line up directors with different interests. At least if they have their own interests in mind as you say, they will still have opposing views from Rose and the remaining FAS directors.
I think a fair compromise for all.
