If PMM ran the company (as they would with Piercy/Mehan elected chairman) then many actions could take place in the two months before Rose joined. Whilst I see a balanced board as ideal, I fear that balance is impossible without a NON aligned board member, and unfortunately there is no such person up for election. Rudd as a FAS director is clearly aligned, Lester is considering transferring ore to Port Headland by road, i wonder who owns the trucking company, that would be a good buy if they start that process. I appreciate your input to a difficult process but if we are divided then we arestuffed. The independent shareholders have only one hope of having THEIR interests considered and that is at the ballot box.
