I have to admit, your argument loses credibility when you can't address the key point the other posters continue to highlight to you. That is: a feasibility study (DFS) is a plan to do something whereas an operating facility has the benefit of real-time operations. It's no different to architectural or design plans. They are always superseded by "as-built" or construction drawings.
It seems you either don't understand the (vast) difference or you don't want to acknowledge there is a difference.
And @GCar is right. You have a smugness that is hard to like.
