    Mak our shareholding will be diluted by nearly 75 % by new subscribers buying in at the current share price to acquire this business. The new subscribers will own the new business and our technology. OBJ has used our funds to develop new products from which we are yet to see significant income. All of this will change if Paul Peros through Wellfully is successful with the products he develops!
