re: crane drain blokes blokes, crane is on the North side of the building, antenna is fully completed, only reason for crane to be up there is to remove previous frames and replace them with the new ones, I can't see any other reason. All approvals for electronic signage have been granted and Lumacom is ready for instalation, so it looks like they are really ready for it. Roof top of the building was overloaded and needed to be reinforced, which has been fixed. I think this was the major delay for Lumacom to go ahead.
