Another example of the company ( and that's Peter) dragging the chain? Just a diversion from his own precarious position.
Asculpeous hopes that this will result in some $ coming the Co's way but claims against a Gov.are dragged out by years.It is never good for a Gov. to be seen to be handing out money even if "fair"....but it will be regarded as a greedy miner grab who was going to pollute the world etc etc.
This company cannot afford to get entangled legally and soon Peter will be cutting newspaper up to wipe himself if the company dunny if the company can still afford an office let alone a secretary to make him his coffee.
Don't let this belated gambit blind us to the fact that the company is being driven into the ground by an overpaid and slow CEO (IMO).
