If the ship sinks, it's definitely worth taking this case to a lawyer and don't let its captain & closest crew leave unscathed. I didn't notice any pics being visibly photoshopped which I'd consider highly insulting and criminal. The reality is that shareholders were misinformed about what was processed, bagged, sold and eventually paid for. Poor management and acting in not all shareholders' interests is the smallest of their crimes if misleading, photoshopping, etc. proved to be true.
I may discuss how to go about this with a friend barista once I see him. I would enjoy dragging them through mud even though it may not help recover our investment. May save someone else's burnt fingers in the future. The fees could be split between participating SHs as per their holding.
On the other hand, I would do it only when ANW is filed for bankruptcy, handed over to administrators. Not while it's still afloat.
I agree management is absolutely disgraceful and untrustworthy, but we're hardly getting better anytime soon.
