I have no idea what WPL will do or can do.
For all we know FAR's backer [ IF there is one ] may have said to FAR we will back you but no deals to anyone but us.
All I'm really saying is FAR may not be in a position to do a deal with WPL or COP, it may be a simple win or lose equation.
I personally would find it very strange for a FAR backer to put up the dough without guarantees, like you win we get the 35% at X price.
For all we know WPL may have tried to deal with FAR already??
I'm not sure, assuming FAR win, that Coleman will be able to shrug this off.
He has been very public about what he thinks and a loss would mean he, and the legal team had no idea, I spose he could blame them and probably rightly but I still don't understand the thinking that buying the co kills PE rights.....IF it did everyone would be doing it.
All I do know is that anyone who thinks WPL can just merrily carry on IF FAR win is deluded, they will either walking away if the above is correct or do a deal with FAR.
I just can't see any entity sitting on the sidelines for 3+ years to get nothing at the death.
FAR may need to pass on a chunk of any pound of flesh they get.
