I just don't like surprises. Not like Senex had delivered major disappointing news that shafted shareholders recently but one would still question of the valuation disparity when you compare SXY against COE.

COE actually been very disappointing in Project delivery if you consider the delivery timeframe of the SOLE Project. 11 months on still waiting to fill the plant. If SXY is anything like that with their delivery of either Roma North or Atlas, share price would probably be in the low 20's
