I think it's the directors insurance, that gets chased for $$$ in these situations, I topped up on the waste rock deal which never happened. Saying that my investment is too small to chase legally. They did hold information back without a doubt. I had asked a few weeks back if anyone had contacted ASIC on this coy without response so that should be the first move from all holders stating everything that was not above board.
