MQG sub holder, they brought a lot at the $3 price range, I do hope that their wheelings and dealings with get GPT somewhere. You never know, a T.O could be just around the corner. The announcement today was excellent; a 3-4% in asset write for the JV is a lot less that I expected. If their European asset is only 3-4% then I doubt their Aussie asset will be much worse, yet their SP is down about 70%. Fortune favors the brave, today’s announcement has just made me feel a lot more secure, their cost of debt for the JV is 5.28% for the next 5.4 years, meaning that they are still profiting from the JV, this is such a relieve. Let see tomorrow, I’m calling $1.70 cents.
