Fair call Nevypenny, lets think about how this black hole can be closed.

We are sitting on about $US10 Billion Mo at very good grades but we have a market cap that is about $40M (fully diluted and thats counting the stock to be issued to vendors). If Rio's unofficial opinion gets proven via drilling, then the amount of metal could be $US20Billion.

    Lets just stick to $US10Billion.

A 9Mtp.a. plant would net about $650M per annum in surplus cash flow if all you did is mine only the high grade core (last 5 years) and then walked away. The $650M is RCH's share after minorities get their cut.

The high grade core is 55Mt at 0.17%Mo. I'm using a capex of $750M (very liberal) and a total mining and processing cost of $30 tonne. Then you have the standard roasting, shipping and marketing expenses which I have used up to date standards.

The rare feature (world comparison) of this wonderful deposit is its super high grade core. You would be lucky to find 2 other deposits in the world with this feature. As well most of its mineable by open pit.

At the moment the market hates it but corporate deals will be done to introduce the player with a big cheque book.

The crying shame is that most of us pay allot more than 2 cents to get exposure to the project.

Lets hope deals get done soon to allow this ball burster of a project to be accelerated from the super slow lane to the highway otherwise we are going to grow old looking at it.
