What's to say either the Swedish government won't change their mind again, as from what I read the vote only narrowly passed because of a change of heart from one political party?
So you could end up with a situation where Aura not only suffer damages, but in addition the Swedish mining authority reissues the Haagan licence at some point in the future to another company which then profits from Aura's work. That is, they take the whole booty~ the uranium, vanadium, nickel et al.
In my view, the court should weigh up the total value of the project (if the uranium content prevents vanadium from being extracted) in considering the value of the Haagan asset.
