AVZ currently has 2.6 billion shares on issue, assuming the options plus 'performance shares' are converted. If you think about your own post in a logical sense you are in effect saying that you agree with a takeover of AVZ at 3 cents a share (as they would end up having an 80% controlling stake in AVZ). You might want to rethink your view and mod your own post, IMO.
