It's not the air cooling in a hot air balloon that causes it to explode, it's actually the change in atmospheric pressure, it expands as it rises.
Your post was an attempt at being clever and prophetic, but you obviously don't know a lot about physics or literacy.
The counters to most of the arguments put here have by and large been pretty measured. Nobody is under any delusion that this suspension could have a negative outcome, we are all discussing a full range of possibilities.
