yes i got a call, asked them why they called me? they said they were getting feedback on what general thoughts were.
i didnt receive my paperwork but my wife received offer documents so i thought they might have been sussing out if they missed sending to some shareholders.
figured they have raised 36 million already so would not be a lot of pressure to raise any more from existing shareholders
