No problems. I am a combination of tech and fundamentals. I generally buy in when the charts tell me its a good point to do so. When I buy in based on charts, I generally consider that there is minimal risk of the uptrend reversing.
I do, however, set stop losses at the amount I'm willing to lose if it goes wrong. So I might end up a short termer if it goes the wrong way or if looks like going the wrong way. I pay some credence to the fundamentals of the company in determining the point at which I should set the stop losses.
As the sp increases, I might end up short term, but only if there looks to be a significant risk of a dump (based on fundamentals, and also any adverse announcements).
So, in summary, probably more short than long. However, only in the sense that I go short if I am stopped out. If not, I contine to hold based on so long as the charts and the fundamentals tell me to do so.
