Hmm interesting view.
My personal opinion (and hope) is that CCV learnt their lesson from the 3 or 4 class actions they had going. Now that they are finally cleared, add to that a highly respected and skilled c-suite entering the company, could see a solid transformation.
Who knows, maybe I'm wrong and you're right. Only time will tell how this develops I suppose. But I'm willing to give them some time to see.
