Let's not forget that every other project out there that has quoted a capex figure would also need to raise a lot more if they were to issue a loan note. Most don't have that option though so will settle for permanent dilution.
So the $28m applied to any potential equity raise to fund Wkt. We didn't want to go that way.
There is no great surprise here. What you're trying to portray as a negative was actually a positive development for Wkt.
