Hiring an independent board so they can write off a portion of the PW assets to our neighbor whose claims are at this point without merit? That doesn't sound like something in the best interest of shareholders.
The odds of a victory in SPX's favour > 50% given previous case history hence why I'm securely on this side of the fence.
